I found my old budgie chatbot code and some of the communication logs. So many repeated lines of code, a logic to create AJAX objects for IE 5 and IE 6 and a high-end utf8 to ISO 8859-1 conversion (str_replace 
). The answers were in a MySQL database and no third-party framework or library was used. I used the behavior of the match-fulltext search to my advantage.
