I want to talk about / programs in schools & about the .

My husband is a highschool & english teacher who also runs an extensive after-school program.

Enrollment in drama & the arts in general is down at his school. Other area schools are reporting the same.

There's a definite pulling away from anything that doesn't seem "career relevant" happening.

But there's more.

School programs have seen a double backlash...
