Something I miss about birdsite is being able to yell at companies effectively.
Today for example Air Canada changed my 3 year old daughter's seat on an 8 hour flight to be 5 rows from the rest of us. When I called in to try and resolve the issue their automated systems just hung up on me.
That's a good twitter complaint right there. Here I'm just shaking my fist at the clouds.
We should have just run with it.

This is also our second rebooking adventure for this one flight. Our very original flight was cancelled and their suggested replacement added a multi-hour layover we didn't need.
