they leave me no choice

die from the mould in a #NegativeGearing foreign owned TAX evasion house

Or die from Covid sleeping on a park bench
because of their #HousingCrisis

Or die defending our country from the TREASONOUS GREEDY PIG federal politicians

See how Australia’s first 3D-printed multi-storey house is being built: four bedrooms in five weeks

"3D printing shaves huge chunks of months off a build. Mahil’s house, which will have four bedrooms and five toilets, will be completed within five weeks."

Question... why so many toilets?! like wtf?! there might be some time saved with less, just a thought.

The Guardian · See how Australia’s first 3D-printed multi-storey house is being built: four bedrooms in five weeksBy Cait Kelly

"Since we've opened we've had young people walking in the door who are experiencing homelessness, some of them are sleeping rough. A substantial group have gone to Work and Income for support, have told them their situation, and been told look, you're not entitled to access to emergency housing, or access to shelter."

"Private developers build for profit, public housing providers are building for longevity so they need high quality, durable housing that's built to last.

If we build too cheaply we pay for it down the line."

RNZ · Homelessness to get worse under new Kāinga Ora plan, housing provider warnsBy Adam Burns

95% of Federal Politicians
use the Tax Evasion system of #NegativeGearing
to steal the Dreams of children ever owning their own homes
and their homes

and have caused a #HousingCrisis
that is messing up the lives of everybody that isn't rich enough to own homes they DON'T NEED

It has also created #DomesticTerrorism
for the few properties that are for lease
They used to invest in Industry and Commercial Ventures
which created Jobs
Now the Children have NO HOMES and NO JOBS

We're sleepwalking into the same mess #America is in, because #UKLabour is too scared to say to the buy to let landlords, the housing speculators, and so on, that they are the problem and not the poor. And they won't admit that there is no employment in a lot of places it is considered socially acceptable to "blight" with housing. Maintaining house prices for the middle class should not be the priority.

Continued thread

What is the #HousingCrisis solution? Banning second homes. Banning buy to lets. Bringing in legislation to say housing cannot be considered investments. Ban AirBnBs. And build more council houses in areas of good reputes where the jobs are.

Building on brownfield sites is pointless, the reason they are brownfield is because the jobs are not there. If there jobs are not there, you're building a ghetto. Make housing cheaper.

I don't understand why #UKLabour specifically, and #UKPols in general, are not taking the #HousingCrisis more seriously. It is the underpinning of all the other issues and dissent bubbling away. We cannot afford houses. Rent is too high. Too many AirBnBs. People have nowhere to live.

Everything is coming down to that. And no political party is prepared to confront that it is the whole system that has failed. And the grifters and scumbags like reform are taking advantage of that fear.
