Finally we're coming together 😅🙈 I had several problems during the last week's and months with my and tried different things to get it printing properly, but nothing seemed to help. So I reached out to the support. Together we realized that the hotbed mounting plate as well as the thermistor cables where bad/broken.

After replacing these faulty components I finally get decent prints out of this machine 🤓
