Apicat<p>This year I'll be aiming to recalibrate. Not just for myself, but for the ones who rely on me the most. There's a lot to do, but I believe I can come through in the end. </p><p>And just so I won't forget:</p><p>1. I will advance my current research on Indian almond tree leaves and their antibacterial properties, zeroing in on possible molecular mechanisms of action for any observed activity.<br>2. I'll break free from procrastination and will be streamlining my workflow using analog and digital tools at my disposal.<br>3. I will prioritize my health, fitting exercise and healthy eating into my schedule, reducing the number of times I eat out and in excess.<br>4. I will feel free to realize myself fully, giving myself time to explore my hobbies such as website creation. fiction writing, and language learning.</p><p>Happy rest of the year to everyone.
