HI there! I'm looking for a good microphone and by good, I mean podcast quality good. I want something good enough for streaming and chatting with a pop filter, a sound filter, and a mute button that's actually a button. I don't want a Blue Yetti because I don't want to deal with proprietary software. Does anyone have any recommendations/amazon links? #Technology, #Microphones

The old microphone arm was dying, so it was time for a replacement. Love the fact that is low-profile, and it's 2,000% overkill for what I need it for. However, it's built like a tank and won't be dying for a long while. Also, it stays out of the way when not in use. I also recommend the Earthworks ETHOS as well, pretty great microphone. #audio #microphones

#Ecovacs home #robots can be hacked to spy on their owners, researchers say
#Security researchers Dennis Giese and Braelynn are due to speak at the #DefCon hacking conference on Saturday detailing their research into Ecovacs robots. When they analyzed several Ecovacs products, the two researchers found a number of issues that can be abused to hack the robots via Bluetooth and surreptitiously switch on #microphones and #cameras remotely.
