You can laugh at this but often WE (especially ) try to fit too many tasks/projects into our limited schedules. BURNOUT.

Sometimes when you take a step back it's as silly as this.

Oh yeah. Especially with #ADHD time blindness. 5 Minutes always seemed like ton of time to me, until I heard someone say, “That's only 300 seconds, darling". I recently landed in a world of Jira, agile, and all that. Learning to break down projects better now. But shjeeeshj… I'm good at my actual job, but learning to plan at 53 makes me desperate sometimes.
